Dominican Organic Green Coffee 1lb. The Dominican has a climate not unlike Jamaica, which makes for ideal growing conditions and a similar bean. Grown at high elevations and in the shade, this coffee is very smooth and mild. While the Dominican isn’t a hugely popular origin for coffees, they seem content to grow slowly and build a reputation for great coffees. We recommend roasting this to a medium.
