Sumatra FTO Green Coffee 1lb. These Sumatra beans are similar to others from Indonesia, but are Fair Trade and Organic certified. Sumatran beans are very unique, with heavy spice and chocolate notes, with some prominent earthy flavour that comes through very clean and not unpleasant. These flavours come through all roasts, up through to espresso.
