Description
We’ve taken these from the Arabica coffee bean offerings from the high plateaus and valleys of the high green mountains in Sumatra, Central and South America . We’ve then roasted it to a lightly darker roast to give it a little more body than what a regular roast of the same coffees would offer. Although not as dark as the ‘West Coast’ coffees it is slightly heavier for those who like something a little different than the usual. We have had two of London’s finest restaurants choose this blend to offer their customers as something special with which to finish off their meal.
