Description
Sulawesi Toraja (or Celebes Kalossi) green coffee beans are everything you’ve come to expect from an Indonesian coffee – spicy and flavourful. It tends to land on the ‘warmer’ side of spices – that is cinnamon, cardamom and even a little black pepper. It’s been described as silky with a smooth finish.
